We accept a variety of insurance plans to help make therapy more accessible. If you plan to use insurance, we will verify your benefits and explain your coverage before getting started.

OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS
If your insurance plan is not listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits. This means your insurance provider may reimburse you for a portion of your session fee.
Out-of-network benefits can:
- Reduce your overall cost per session
- Allow you to work with a provider of your choice
- Provide partial reimbursement after each session
We can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
SELF- PAY RATES
We offer a range of services to meet your needs:
- Initial Consultation (15 minutes): Free
- Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $125
- Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $175
- Family Therapy (60 minutes): $175
- Group Therapy (60–90 minutes): $40 per person
- Life Coaching (60 minutes): $125
